The position reports to the E-Billing Manager and assists in all phases of client billing, including submission, follow-up and communication with clients, coordinators and partners related to electronically billed invoices. This is a detail-oriented position with an emphasis on technical tasks, strong excel and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible for the maintenance of Firm master files (e.g., Timekeeper names and hourly billing rates) in client and third-party eBilling vendor systems.
• Responsible for submission and coordination of client invoice/e-bills to client and third-party eBilling vendor websites utilizing eBilling templates and other software tools.
• Responsible for regularly monitoring the statuses of e-billed invoices through the BillBlast, to ensure invoices have been successfully submitted to our clients.
• Responsible for informing Client Accounting Coordinators of their rejected invoices and working with them to correct and resubmit the invoices to our clients.
• Analyze and submit timekeepers and rates for client approval in coordination with the Global Pricing Operations Team.
• Assist with the reviewing of client guidelines in order to upload the cost constraints into the accounting system.
• Assist with the configuration mappings within BillBlast.

Job Requirements:

• 4 year business degree with minimum GPA of 3.0 in major and overall. Degree in Accounting, Accounting Systems or Management Information Systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word
• Excellent writing, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, with limited supervision.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to monitor emails and prioritize responses after office hours.
• This position is non-exempt.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant e-billing experience and client relationship experience at a professional service firm or law firm is required.
• Experience with Elite is a plus

The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $78,000 at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on a variety of job-related factors, including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, and performance. This role is non-exempt meaning that it is overtime pay eligible.
