Position: Scheduling Coordinator
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Location: Freehold, New Jersey Office
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with a 1-hour break)

Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be the first touch from our company to our clients, helping us deliver exceptional service to our valued clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Answering Phones: Be the friendly voice that greets our customers and guides them to the solutions they need.
Scheduling Estimate Appointments: Keep our calendar running smoothly by coordinating appointments with clients.
Client Profile Maintenance: Ensure our client profiles are up-to-date and organized for seamless interactions.
Responding to Customer Reviews: Show appreciation for our customers by addressing their feedback and reviews.
Managing Client Chat on Website: Keep our online presence engaging and informative by handling client inquiries.
Scheduling Jobs: Coordinate job assignments to our talented team, ensuring timely service delivery.
Special Projects: Dive into exciting projects that will challenge and empower you.
Reporting Directly to the CEO: Be part of the core team and contribute directly to the company's success.
