Position Overview: As the Dental Laboratory Office Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dental laboratory. You will be responsible for managing a team of skilled technicians, ensuring the timely and accurate production of dental prosthetics, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:

   • Supervise and lead the team and manage performance.
   • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development among staff members.
   • Coordinate work schedules and assignments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.

2. Customer Relations:

   • Act as the primary point of contact for dental professionals and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns or issues.
   • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and drive business growth.

3. Operations Management:

   • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and protocols to optimize efficiency and productivity.
   • Manage inventory levels, procurement, and supply chain logistics to ensure adequate stock levels and timely delivery of materials.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the dental field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred
