Our client is in the market for a service sales manager to cover the East Coast region. This global market-leading business is looking for an experienced sales manager who can open up & grow the company's service sales. We are looking for a candidate from an HVAC Cooling or refrigeration background for this opportunity.
Excellent opportunity to be the first retrofit sales manager for a global business who are expanding across the US. Enjoy working for a business that promotes within & who also owns a bespoke product whilst becoming a real niche sales specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility to ensure projects/tasks assigned meet goals for cost & schedule.
- Negotiate Terms and Conditions of Sale as necessary and close orders.
- Assure sales are at an acceptable sell price and profit margin.
- Provide necessary monthly reports for the Regional Service Manager.
- Prepare RFE estimates and proposals.
- Forecast Orders and Sales on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Identify and research our installation base for potential RFE projects and future business development opportunities.
- Covering the New England region
Background requirements:
- Degree qualified in engineering or business management or technical business discipline
- Expert in B2B & B2C sales
- Experiencing selling within the HVAC, cooling, or refrigeration industries
- Happy to travel across New England 40-50% of the time
- Leadership skills that help you effectively manage projects
