A small, but growing residential construction company seeks a Bookkeeper/Office Manager with 4 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting services.
Our focus is on high end custom residential design/build for new and remodeled homes. Each project is unique and requires a high level of craftsmanship, materials and personal attention.
The ideal candidate should possess a good working knowledge of accounting principles and QuickBooks knowledge. This position demands a very high level of detail and follow up with customers, sub-contractors and suppliers.
Must be able to:
Work in a dynamic team environment directly with company Owners.
Track multiple accounts in Quickbooks desktop and online versions
Tracking construction costs in QB
Assist with estimating
Manage forms and paperwork for sub-contractors and suppliers
Call for city/county inspections
Must Have:
Great problem solving attitude, will train in construction terminologies.
The position is for an individual who has great communication skills and can think/act on their own to daily challenges in a dynamic work environment. The residential construction industry demands exceptional customer service and calm under stressful situations. Our customer references are hugely important.
