- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Experience; Minimum 3 years work related skill, knowledge or experience is required. Prefer healthcare related experience. Ability to work effectively under stress of meeting deadlines and responding to change.
- Be responsible to process the bi-weekly payroll as well as perform various payroll analyses
- Work cooperatively with leaders from all departments in the health system
- Liaison with employees and assist with questions related to payroll
- Ability to assist in internal and external audits as needed
- Reconcile and monitor annual reports as well as bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
Frequently (34-66%) Standing, walking, sitting handling
Continuously (37-100%) fingering, see with corrective eyewear, hear clearly with assistance
Compensation: $24.74 - $32.17/hr, depending on experience.

Benefits EligibilityMedical, dental, vision, health care FSA, dependent care FSA, and Lifestyle Spending Account: All active employees working 40 or more hours per pay period in a Full Time or Part Time position are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire.
Full Time staff are automatically enrolled in 401A plan as of date of hire.
Life and AD&D insurance: All active employees working 40 or more hours per pay period are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire date.
Short-term and long-term disability: All active employees working 60 or more hours per pay period are eligible for benefits on the first of the month after hire date.
