We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative that has prior experience in the multi-family housing industry. As a BDR, you will also work as part of our Account Management Team. The BDR will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and strengthening the relationships with our existing customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to work on a team, but also have independence and personal responsibility.
Company Overview:
Clean Source Property Maintenance offers exterior cleaning services to customers in the multi-family industry. From our offices in Portland, OR and Kent, WA we provide services to customers throughout all of Oregon and Washington. For the past 20 years, Clean Source has prided itself on building long-term customer relationships, while setting sales records each and every year.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of marketing campaign.
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivers of services.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects, customers, and industry partners.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our services in the market.
- Attend industry events, tradeshows, and association meetings.
- Maintain records in CRM software.
- Generate new business opportunities through warm calling, referrals, and past customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the multi-family industry.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and build relationships.
- Ability to work in a team and be self motivated enough to work independently.
- Being able to solve problems while remaining professional and calm.
