Summary:
This customer service position requires multitasking administrative skills at a fast pace to perform customer service functions, and office/ administrative duties.
Customer Service responsibilities include: Processing orders received by email, phone involving detailed review of purchase orders to create invoices and generate documents for shipping. Answer incoming calls in a professional manner obtaining precise information from the customer to provide the correct assistance for their needs. Fast pace responding to urgent customer inquiries with accurate information. Research and solve issues with customers such as shipping delays and order problems.
Qualifications
- Five or more years office experience with proficient administrative skills.
- Three or more years of MS Office applications.
- Ability to navigate file structures in a networked environment, adept at keyboarding.
- Proven ability to work at a fast pace and handle a high volume of workload, using multi-tasking skills to move from one task to another and carry on several tasks at one time while maintaining accuracy
- Demonstrates independent judgment and ability to plan, organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, professional attitude and courteous.
- Customer satisfaction focused and culturally sensitive to international clients.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Work location:
In person, Webster NY.
