This customer service position requires multitasking administrative skills at a fast pace to perform customer service functions, and office/ administrative duties.
Customer Service responsibilities include: Processing orders received by email, phone involving detailed review of purchase orders to create invoices and generate documents for shipping. Answer incoming calls in a professional manner obtaining precise information from the customer to provide the correct assistance for their needs. Fast pace responding to urgent customer inquiries with accurate information. Research and solve issues with customers such as shipping delays and order problems.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
In person, Webster NY.
