Clark Associates Companies is Hiring a Material handler 2nd Near Lancaster, PA

This role focuses on accurately and efficiently packing orders for shipment, and is a key part of growing our business and serving the purchasing needs of foodservice professionals worldwide.
Job Responsibilities :
- Maintaining evenly layered and organized bins
- Downstocking products into primary bin locations
- Safely operating and maintaining warehouse equipment to ensure a safe work environment (must go through our training and certification)
- Cleaning and organizing work zone
- Communicating any workplace issues or concerns with the shift supervisor
- Performing other duties and tasks not listed as requested by the shift supervisor
- Pull warehouse stock to fulfill stock transfers to Restaurant Store locations and Consolidating orders for stores
- Meet and exceed accuracy and productivity metrics
Skills / Abilities :
- Must be able to push and pull up to 150 lbs.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Must be able to constantly bend, reach, climb, squat, twist, and stand throughout the shift
- Must have regular and predictable on-site attendance
2nd Shift Hours :
- Monday - Thursday, 3 : 00pm - 1 : 30am
- Starting rate is $20 / hour with the potential to get to $27.50 through raises and developmental programs.
- Potential raise of 0.88 cents every 6 months.
Skills / Abilities :
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 75lbs
- Must be able to push and pull up to 150lbs
- Must be able to constantly bend, reach, stand, squat, and twist throughout the entire shift
- Must have regular and predictable on-site attendance
