Job description :

The Reverse Logistics Training & Development Specialist will be responsible for the training and development of our current and future systems.

They will be responsible for testing, documenting, and training for relevant systems and updates. The specialists will also be responsible for communication with operations and remote Reverse Logistics teams to provide all relevant information and training.

This individual will act as one of the main Points of Contact for any systems and training-related tasks and questions along with the other Reverse Logistics Specialists.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the other Reverse Logistic Specialists to determine needs and areas of development and training.
• Document and distribute IR (Inventory Recovery) workflows and SOPs
• Work alongside the Reverse Logistics Manager as the primary stakeholder for all current and future Inventory Recovery / Reverse Logistics needs
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure cross-training and information sharing is implemented
• Act as the primary POC (Point of Contact) for new hire training along with those in the additional T&D roles
• Collaborate with all Reverse Logistics leadership to ensure we are continuing to support the team and the company values around our returns policies
