As a member of the Editorial Content Management System (ECMS) project team, the Lead Software Engineer will deliver both web and non-web technologies. Web will include Java, REST service development, the Angular framework, JavaScript and related technologies; content encompasses relational databases, non-relational databases, search indexing, project communication technologies, and DevOps technologies. These activities rely heavily on XML and are large-scale applications on *nix-based platforms. Must handle a high-workload and be able to manage multiple assignments concurrently.

About the Team
Join the Editorial Conent Management Systems (ECMS) team - a part of the legacy ProQuest content systems! It's a 24x7 running system with over 200 internal users and currently holds over 1.1 billion documents. You'll be reporting into the Manager, Software Engineering working with a 9-person scrum team.
