- Software Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design scalable software solutions.
- Develop high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code across various programming languages.
- Employ best practices in software development, ensuring code quality, reliability, and performance.
- System Architecture:
- Contribute to the design and architecture of complex software systems.
- Work closely with system architects to ensure software solutions align with overall system objectives.
- Provide input into system design and integration processes.
- Testing and Debugging:
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify and fix bugs, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to implement effective testing strategies.
- Debug and troubleshoot software issues to enhance system stability.
- Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all software development processes.
- Document code, design decisions, and system architecture to facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.
- Security Compliance:
- Adhere to security best practices and implement security measures within software applications.
- Collaborate with security experts to ensure compliance with intelligence community security standards.
- Must have demonstrated experience with Java.
- Experience or familiarity with multiple the following: Java/JEE, Python, C/C , SQL, SOAP, WSDL, WADL, PERL, PowerShell, VBS, Eclipse, Postgres, Oracle, Jenkins.
- Experience with Web Application User Interface Development, knowledge of databases and structures, and/or experience working with JSON, HTML, XML, XSLT.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in at least one major language (e.g., Java, Python, C ).
- Basic understanding of software development principles and practices.
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
