Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

• Support the upper sales management team with client interactions and order processing
• Maintain working knowledge of the company's products and services, sales metrics, and industry trends.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to better serve their needs
• Coordinate with warehouse team, freight forwarders, and logistics department regarding client orders
• Track account performance and report to management regularly to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Contributes to team projects as needed

Qualifications of the Account Manager:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent technical skills in ERP systems and other databases
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite (strong Excel skills required)
• Must be able to work collaboratively with all colleagues
