The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative roles, coupled with exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel is a must, as you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports.

Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:
  • Execute precise and efficient data entry tasks utilizing a range of software tools and platforms.
  • Create, update, and manage spreadsheets, reports, and databases using Microsoft Excel.
  • Support administrative functions including filing, copying, and organizing documents to streamline operations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and timeliness.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members as required.
  • Provide overall administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations.
Qualifications of the Office Administrator:
  • Minimum of two years of proven experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Proficiency in data entry and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy across all tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage competing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or coursework in administrative studies are advantageous.
Salary:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour
