- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell jewelry products to existing clients, as well as prospect and onboard new clients to expand our customer base.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize sales revenue and achieve growth targets.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our jewelry collection, including materials, designs, and customization options, to effectively advise clients and meet their needs.
- Coordinate order processing, shipment, and delivery logistics, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of client orders.
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or client relations, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Strong sales acumen and proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for jewelry and a keen eye for design.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
$20 to $23 per hour
