Responsibilities of the Finance Office Assistant:

• Assist the finance team with day-to-day operations and clerical tasks.
• Prepare and maintain financial documents, reports, and records.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence related to financial matters.
• Schedule meetings and appointments for the finance department.
• Answer phone calls
• Maintain office supplies and manage office calendar
• Perform other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications of the Finance Office Assistant:

• Prior experience in Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work individually and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of accounting software.

Salary:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour
