Serves under the supervision of the Director of Administration with a primary focus placed on the management of the City’s Human Resource functions. This entails the ability to direct and coordinate human resource activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services, as well as other duties assigned to ensure the proper implementation of the strategy and objectives of the Administration.
