SUMMARY
The HRIS Technician reports to the HRIS Manager and performs system administration functions associated with the maintenance of the Human Resources technology platform and processes. This position will support the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Talent Management applications. This is a part-time position working no more than 29 hours/week. The work location is primarily remote.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following duties and responsibilities are illustrative of the primary functions of this position and are not intended to be all inclusive.
  • Provide on-going customer support and technical guidance.
  • Manage HelpDesk support tickets for all HR systems.
  • Assist with on-going day-to-day system maintenance including data configuration, validation, troubleshooting and end-user support.
  • Maintain organization charts.
  • Assist with policy updates and semi-annual performance review process.
  • Compile data and respond to basic reporting requests.
  • Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines and documentation as needed.
  • Assist with system testing to validate effectiveness of system fixes, upgrades, enhancements, interfaces and implementations of new applications, reports, business forms and processes.
  • Provide support to senior HRIS Analysts on technology and reporting programs, projects and business initiatives.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; plus a minimum of two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
