Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Administrative Assistant who specializes in data entry and customer service to join our team at Citizen Home Solutions. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our administrative functions by efficiently handling data entry tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and multitasking various responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while delivering excellent service to our clients.This is a Hybrid position. Office location is in Dallas.
Responsibilities:
Data Entry:
Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks, including but not limited to entering customer information, processing orders, updating databases, and maintaining records.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by verifying information for completeness and correctness before entry.
Manage electronic and paper-based filing systems to organize and store data efficiently for easy retrieval.
