IMEG is growing, and we'd love to have you join our team! We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant at our Dallas, TX office. As an Administrative Assistant you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to the Engineering Team!
Some key duties and responsibilities include:
  • Follow and promote IMEG Standards;
  • Assist assigned team and other teams as needed;
  • Maintain confidentiality of project/client, corporate, and employee matters;
  • Work with engineering specifications;
  • Attend and actively contribute to group meetings;
  • Serve as back up for mail and telephone duties for the Receptionist as needed;
  • Arrange meetings, tasks, travel as needed for team/office.
Key skills and abilities needed for the position are:
  • Ability to multi-task;
  • Ability to work with staff of all levels;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills;
  • Experience with Microsoft Office;
  • Strong customer service orientation coupled with the ability to exhibit and maintain a positive attitude;
  • Team player but also able to work on own initiative;
  • Self-motivated and flexible.
Education and experience requirements are:
  • High School Diploma required;
  • Bachelors or Associates degree preferred;
  • 1 year of experience preferred but not required.
