Description
- Partner with managers & employees on HR matters (policies, benefits, performance)
- Lead performance reviews & goal setting within your assigned business unit
- Champion HR projects and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Conduct workplace investigations & provide guidance to managers on employee relations
- Train employees and managers on HR compliance topics
- Support recruitment efforts & collaborate on talent acquisition strategies
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in HR or related field
- 5 years of HR Business Partner experience (or 5 years in HR generalist role)
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (ideal not required)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
- Experience with HRIS systems (UKG Pro a plus)
- PHR/SHRM-CP or SPHR certification
- Experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
