Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and experience with various accounting software.

Duties:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform general ledger reconciliation
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage for bookkeeping tasks
- Conduct double entry bookkeeping to ensure accuracy in financial records
- Assist with corporate accounting tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Proficiency in debits and credits, and 10-key typing
- Experience in financial management and reporting (2 years)
- Familiarity with general ledger reconciliation processes
- Knowledge of payroll procedures and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively
