YOUR ROLE AS AN ACTIVITY CENTER DAY PROGRAM DSP
As an Activity Center Day program DSP, you support people with developmental disabilities to live their best lives as independently as possible. With enthusiasm, you assist with self-care, hygiene, motor skills, vocational skills, work habits, and community inclusion. You're flexible and always willing to help with behavior management and recreational activities as well. You have an absolute blast getting to know our clients!
Using effective mentoring techniques, you support our clients with their day-to-day schedules. You're always sure to model appropriate social skills and behaviors. If there are ever any concerns about health or safety, you're quick to report them. You find it incredibly rewarding to help these amazing individuals - the added fun that you have with them is the icing on the cake!
WOULD YOU BE A GREAT ACTIVITY CENTER DAY PROGRAM DSP?
You might be a good fit if you meet the following qualifications:

• 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle
• Must be able to drive and willing to drive big vans for transport and activities
• A heart for serving people with developmental disabilities

Job Details:
Day shift Monday - Friday 8:15 am - 3:15 pm, and a staff meeting every other Friday 3 pm - 4 pm
