Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through floor care techniques such as mopping, waxing, and buffing
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner

Skills:
- Experience in custodial or housekeeping management is a plus
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to sanitize and disinfect surfaces effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients and address their needs
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques is desirable
- Ability to launder linens and perform basic cooking tasks (if applicable)
- Experience in hotel or hospitality industry is a plus
