The catering supervisor at Chick-fil-A Tuscaloosa South will oversee catering operations in our restaurant. This will include taking catering orders in person and over the phone, communicating with the kitchen leaders the needs of the day, making sure the food for catering is being prepared on schedule, delivering the food when needed, and building relationships with our existing and potential guests to grow our catering business.

Due to the fluctuating nature of catering volume, the catering supervisor will learn other responsibilities within the restaurant and be expected to contribute to the overall success of the business. These responsibilities may include front of house, back of house, or administrative duties, and will be determined based on the accepted candidate's strengths and capabilities.

The Catering Supervisor must be able to do all of the following:

• Maintain a positive and cheerful disposition at all times
• Pay attention to details
• Keep track of multiple orders being prepared at one time
• Communicate clearly with the other restaurant leaders
• Listen to and assist guests who are dissatisfied with their catering experience
