A Kitchen Director at Chick-fil-A helps create an atmosphere that is fast, accurate, but never rushed. They assist in the process of new hire training, keep track of waste, and run an effective and efficient shift including running breaks throughout.

• Maintain Chick-fil-A quality of food
• Ensure SAFE daily criticals are completed as well as ERQAs

• Oversee training of new kitchen team members

Requirements :

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant kitchen experience
• Experience running shifts
• Previous Chick-fil-A Experience preferred but not required
• ServSafe Certification preferred
