Cheryl Garcia & Company is Hiring a Hr generalist Near Galveston, TX
The HR Generalist is responsible for benefits administration, case management of claims processing, and assisting in maintaing HRIS system as it pertains to Human Resources.
- Three (3) or more years of recent experience within an HR role including benefits, claims, recruiting, HRIS and ADP experience
- Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be proficient with HRIS / HRM system software including ADP
- Understanding of applicable Human Resources and benefit laws
- Must have a valid Texas Driver License
- Work hours are Monday - Friday in the office from 7 : 30am to 4 : 30pm
