Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced real estate paralegal with a strong background in project management to join our team on a part-time basis. As a real estate paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team with various tasks related to real estate transactions and projects. This is an on-site role located in Dallas, Texas.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and projeccts are completed efficiently.
- Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
- Assist attorneys with drafting and reviewing real estate documents, including contracts, agreements and leases.
- Organize and maintain legal files and documents.
Qualifications
- Legal Document Preparation and Due Diligence skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Experience with Title Insurance and Leases
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Paralegal certification or equivalent experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
