Our practice areas include real estate sales, leasing, finance, development, management, commercial lending, loan restructuring and workouts, foreclosures, purchases and sales of businesses, entities, and commercial litigation.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced real estate paralegal with a strong background in project management to join our team on a part-time basis. As a real estate paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team with various tasks related to real estate transactions and projects. This is an on-site role located in Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and projeccts are completed efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
  • Assist attorneys with drafting and reviewing real estate documents, including contracts, agreements and leases.
  • Organize and maintain legal files and documents.

Qualifications

  • Legal Document Preparation and Due Diligence skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with Title Insurance and Leases
  • Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Paralegal certification or equivalent experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • No weekends

Travel requirement:

  • No travel

Experience:

  • Real estate law: 4 years (Required)
  • Project management: 3 years (Required)

Ability to Commute:

  • Dallas, TX 75225 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
