A boutique family law firm located in Preston Center is seeking a paralegal/legal assistant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in family law litigation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational abilities, a strong client service orientation, and a dedicated work ethic.

Responsibilities for this position include client intake, organizing documents, managing digital files, preparing and filing court documents, drafting legal correspondence and documents, providing client support and communication, as well as assisting in case management and administration for multiple attorneys. Candidates must have administrative experience, be proficient in computer use, and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.

Key qualities sought include effective verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and a team-oriented approach. Experience with litigation, the discovery process, and trial preparation is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
