Stewart Law Group PLLC is Hiring a Litigation Paralegal Near Dallas, TX

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal, preferably with Labor and Employment experience, to join our legal team. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our attorneys in the preparation and management of legal cases. Your role will involve conducting legal research, assisting with document review, and maintaining case files. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a solid understanding of legal procedures, and experience working in a law firm or legal department.

Duties:
- Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis and other databases
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Organize and maintain case files, including indexing and filing documents
- Review and summarize deposition transcripts, witness statements, and other case-related materials
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating with witnesses
- Perform data entry tasks to update case management systems and track case progress
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal or similar role
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology related to litigation
- Proficiency in conducting legal research using Westlaw, Bloomberg, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with NetDocs for organizing and storing legal documents
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
