Job duties include:
-- Experience in Drafting/Answering Discovery in personal injury litigation cases is an absolute requirement;
-- Case management of client files is an absolute requirement;
-- Obtain and file medical bill/records affidavits is an absolute requirement;
-- Draft Settlement Demands with detailed analysis of case is preferred;
-- Prior personal injury litigation experience is an absolute requirement;
-- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred;
-- Salary Based on Experience. Full-time position.
