Our most important asset is our people, and we are looking for the next Director of People and Culture to oversee the human resource functions of both locations. The perfect candidate will be a strategic leader, empathic, problem solver, approachable, a coach, AND a team player who knows how to work with all types of people.
Day in the Life of:
No day is the same as the Director of People and Culture. You will spend your days working with the team to accomplish goals, HR analytic reporting, as well as coaching and counseling employees and managers with concerns. You will champion the current culture of the Club which permeates through all levels of the organization. The Director of People and Culture is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and works directly with the Chief Operating Officer/General Manager on a variety of topics. You are an energetic leader of the human resources function and mentors a team of four professionals. The Director of People and Culture is ultimately responsible for the overall success of the Human Resources department and strategic initiatives.
This position comes at a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $150,000 based on experience plus bonus opportunity. We also offer generous benefits including:
