We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all departments, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus and ensure quality food service.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control measures.
- Maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a General Manager, minimum 4 years.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- POS Toast experience is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of shift management and scheduling processes.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
