Summary:This is a dual position will equal responsibilities. Clinical Manager maintains accountability for the delivery of quality, cost-effective Therapy services at Southern New England Rehabilitation Center in compliance with all regulatory and licensing standard. Responsible for establishing standards for delivery of services, scope and evaluation of standards. Recommends purchase of capital equipment. Periodically, inspects/tours all facilities areas under where staff perform functions, for continuing adherence to established requirements. The Clinical Manager develops, implements and evaluates a management plan which ensures the delivery of high quality, cost-effective services. PPS is responsible for Medicare process and reimbursement on SNERC.
Education: Bachelor or Master Degree in OT/PT or Speech Language Pathology
Licensure: Professional license – Rhode Island.
Experience: 5 years of clinical experience with at least 3 in a supervisory capacity

Working Conditions, Physical Environment and/or Safety Requirements:
Visual acuity and hand dexterity. Physical ability involves variety of body movements including stooping, bending, kneeling, lifting, standing, walking, twisting, stretching and reaching. Physical ability involves pushing, pulling and lifting more than 30 lbs.
