Charter Foods is Hiring a Real Estate Director Near Knoxville, TN

Charter Foods, a large, fast-growing casual dining franchisee, is seeking an experienced commercial real estate specialist in our corporate office in Morristown, TN. The principal role of a commercial real estate specialist is to research and source new location sites for incremental restaurant development.

Pay: $70,000 – $80,000 annually

Main Job Responsibilities:

· Negotiate leases, purchases, and occasional sales

· Collaborate with development team

Requirements for this position include:

• Basic understanding of real estate and contract law
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent planning, organizing and follow-up skills
• Strong decision making and conflict resolution skills
• Must be able to manage time effectively and reach objectives within specified time frames
