Responsibilities:
Reach out to the investment community daily to understand their needs and provide assistance in house hacking, property matching, and finding profitable rental investments.
Facilitate property sales for landlords and handle asset sales for banks, courts, and financial institutions.
Connect investors with suitable properties and financial resources to support their real estate ventures.
Qualifications:
You should have at least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry or sales.
Familiarity with CRMs is essential.
Your top skills should include excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
A team-oriented mindset is crucial for this role.
A passion for learning is a must.
Demonstrated determination to achieve success is required.
