We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join us immediately. Preferred candidates have previous building maintenance, plumbing, and electrical experience. Successful candidates can work at a faster-than-average pace and have an eye for managing detail-work.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• All phases of building maintenance including light electrical, plumbing, and grounds work
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Perform other duties, as assigned

Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

• Experience in a similar role is required
• Previous building maintenance, plumbing, and electrical experience is preferred
• High school diploma is required
• Precise, thorough, and a natural doer
• You are familiar with hand-held tools and equipment
• You can handle a physical workload and indoor/outdoor working conditions
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
