```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate records.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics to effectively troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of machinery and equipment.
- Provide leadership and supervision to junior maintenance staff when necessary.

```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to diagnose and repair machinery and equipment.
- Basic electrical knowledge for troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders.

Please note that welding experience is a plus but not required.
