**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Manager to oversee and lead our housekeeping team in maintaining a clean and orderly environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning, managing staff, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness.

**Duties:**

- Manage and supervise housekeeping staff

- Oversee cleaning operations to ensure all rooms and public areas are well-maintained

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures

- Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure quality standards are met

- Handle customer complaints and special requests promptly

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

**Skills:**

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning and housekeeping management

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards

- Ability to manage inventory, budgets, and supplies efficiently

- Experience in launder operations is a plus

- Custodial experience is beneficial
