Benefit Highlights:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished. This position is responsible for leading, prioritizing, and executing on a variety of special projects and events, confidential assignments, travel arrangements, meeting coordination and manages the CEO's schedule and calendar.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT DUTIES:
Maintain CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments. Ensures CEO is aware of daily schedule, has appropriate materials, files, presentation, etc. in advance of meetings and is notified of schedule changes as they occur while ensuring all parties are informed of meeting agenda and deliverables.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of five (5) years executive administrative experience.
** Must have received or be willing to receive the COVID - 19 vaccine before date of hire to be considered for employment. This includes the booster shot, when eligible.
