Part Time Position: 3 days a week

Administrative Assistant

Job Duties: Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, scheduling meetings etc. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.Associate must performs various clerical duties to store, maintain, and protect the integrity and security of consumers’ medical records' charts.

Ones must provide requested charts to medical staff in a timely manner and acts as a "backup" receptionist by answering phones, making appointments, registering patients, and answering questions when needed.

Skill, Abilities and Personal Characteristics

· Knowledge of modern office equipment.

-Maintaining Employee and Client Files

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain records and files.

· Ability to exert physical effort maintaining and distributing files.

· Ability to work flexible and to travel to other locations as needed.

· Interpersonal/human relations skills.

· Superior Organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Telephone etiquette skills, effective written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to follow instructions and to complete tasks within deadlines.

· Computer literate to include advanced skills in e-mail communication and word processing.

· Ability to work as a team and independently.

· Available to work occasional evenings/ weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
