As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our coconut coir horticultural products to current and potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and drive sales through outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Educate customers on the benefits and features of our products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and showcase our products.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Business, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
- Willing to learn and grow in the position and within the company.
