Job Description

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as an Entry Level Sales Representative in the real estate industry. No real estate license or experience is required.
As a key member of our team, you will enjoy networking and engaging with clients to sell our properties. You'll be a problem solver at heart, adept at navigating obstacles and turning them into opportunities. With a strong sense of independence and assertiveness, you'll lead conversations and drive negotiations to successful outcomes.
In this role, you will be constantly challenged to push your limits and achieve your full potential. Your positive response to pressure will be your driving force as you tackle new projects and exceed expectations. $80,000 a year potential.
Compensation:$17- $22 hourly Plus Commission
Responsibilities:- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms for all parties involved.
- Proactively seek out and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Network and build relationships with clients to identify their real estate needs.
