• Prepare bilingual marketing materials and listings for properties
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients fluently in English and Spanish
• Build and maintain relationships with bilingual clients to understand their real estate needs
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Guide clients through the real estate transaction process, including contract negotiation, inspections, and closing
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• 3 years of experience in real estate sales
• Active Real Estate License (Preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
