About the Role

The Company is seeking a Director, Campaign & Leadership Giving to play a pivotal role in its strategic plan to scale up and transform education. This position involves collaborating with the Vice President of Development to launch and support a $200M philanthropic campaign, as well as building and leading the individual and leadership giving revenue stream. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a multifaceted campaign strategy, engaging with the CEO and board of directors, and driving the development of campaign communications and collateral materials. They will also be tasked with growing the individual giving revenue, managing the donor pipeline, and overseeing relationships with key individual donors and foundations. The role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in fundraising, particularly in securing six- and seven-figure gifts, and experience in a philanthropic campaign environment.Applicants for the Director, Campaign & Leadership Giving role at the company should have a minimum of 7 years of work experience, with a focus on fundraising and philanthropy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the organization's mission and a deep commitment to its values. They must be results-driven, strategic thinkers, and have excellent management and team-building skills.
