Centurion Analytics, LLC is Hiring a Property Maintenance Technician (Kansas City, MO) Near Kansas, MO
- Perform the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department
- Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed
- Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules
- Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Perform work order repairs as assigned. Such may include repairing broken locks, cabinetry repairs, sheetrock repair, plumbing repairs, etc.
- Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
- Install appliances and equipment
- Conduct unit inspections
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems (e.g. ventilation)
- Check functionality of safety systems (e.g. fire alarms, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers)
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kansas City, MO 64105: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Maintenance Technician: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician Certification (Preferred but not required)
- HVAC Certification (Preferred but not required)
- Plumber (Preferred)
Work Location: One location
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid State Driver's license required
- Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or other similar position required
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
- HVAC certification highly preferred
- Experience using hand and electrical tools
- Ability to read basic technical manuals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- Plumbing experience
