Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure the property is in excellent condition year-round.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, providing top-notch service to our residents.
• Assist with unit turnovers, ensuring a seamless transition for new residents.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report on inventory needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Great communication skills for interacting with residents and team members.
