- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Experience is great but will train if you’re coachable and motivated
- Must have a valid unrestricted driver license with a satisfactory driving record
- Able to successfully pass criminal background check
- Light maintenance to support multi-dealership locations
- Painting
- HVAC (changing filters)
- Lightbulb replacement
- Yardwork & landscape
- Maintain the grounds, parking areas and driveways
- Mowing/Snow removal
- Perform other duties as directed by maintenance management
- Capability to work with minimal supervision
- Able to assist with preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards employees
- Demonstrate dependable and regular attendance
- Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment
- Communicate and function productively on the maintenance team
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, reach, and move intermittently
- Ability to read, comprehend, write, speak, and understand instructions
- Must understand and follow company policies including harassment and compliance procedures
