Centura Wealth Advisory, a dynamic, registered investment advisory (RIA) firm serving both high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals/families, is seeking an experienced Business Process Manager reporting to Andre Lawrence, Strategic Initiatives Manager. As the Business Process Manager, you will be a key player in creating new processes, optimizing existing business processes, and providing transparency around process changes across the organization.

The Business Process Manager will provide solutions around identified organizational pain points, ensure our existing processes are documented and kept up-to-date, and facilitate trainings around new & existing process changes across the organization.

• Drive process efficiency by evaluating processes on an ongoing basis, implementing changes, and adjusting workflows.
• Assist in ideation, design, and creation of new business processes
• Provide oversight in the creation of manuals/instructions/training materials for the various teams to understand all processes outlined.
• Ensure all training materials are updated and distributed upon process changes.
• Monitor recently executed process changes to ensure they are being followed.
• Coordinate all business process implementation and improvement with internal stakeholders.
• Set up tools to be used for management of processes and defining process metrics to understand adherence to the set process.
• Presenting progress reports and integrating feedback.
• Program management on progress of tasks

• Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or in a related field
• 2-5 years experience in business process management, with at least 2 years in the RIA space
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Proficiency in SmartSuite or other Project Management Software.
• Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to execute efficiently in a fast-paced, fluid environment where change is constant and creativity is a must.
