- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee and manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations
- Lead and manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training and development needs for employees
- Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline HR operations
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Proven experience as an HR leader or Director of Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment labor laws, and regulations
